I have always been an entrepreneur and loved helping people. Real estate is a perfect combination of those two loves. In real estate I am a pure entrepreneur, able to make my own decisions, turn on a dime and adhere to the standards that I feel must not be compromised. I also have a great team to help me help you. Awarded 5 Star Award by Texas Monthly for client service Biography: Robin Curle is well-known as a highly successful leader in the business community having spent over 30 years starting, growing and running companies. She is a technology industry veteran with many years of success in managing, funding, and growing start-up and turn-around high-tech organizations. Having come up the sales and marketing path prior to her CEO roles, she then became an award winning, successful entrepreneur in real estate, owning 3 real estate companies. Robin is President of Curle Management which is a property management company and Silicon Hills Real Estate an investment LLC. She also sells commercial and residential real estate to investors and clients. She sits on a number of boards, including the Governor’s Business Council, UT’s Engineering College Advisory Board, the Texas Property and Casualty Guarantee Assoc. Board of Directors, and the Central Texas Angel Network Board of which she cofounded. She also had held board positions on the Austin Chamber of Commerce Board and the Austin Technology Council. Curle is an Entrepreneur in Residence at Texas State University’s women’s incubator and the unique program called RampCorp, helping experienced business women grow or launch scalable companies. Curle served as Chairman and CEO of Zebra Imaging, a turnaround company, from 2002 until early 2006. During that time Zebra developed the world's first high-speed, holographic imager and Curle focused the company on defense and intelligence markets. Prior to joining Zebra, Robin founded and was managing director of CEO Partnerships, a consulting firm comprised of ex-CEO's who worked with a wide range of companies. After founding Evolutionary Technologies she was CEO of Journee, a software company in business process management. Curle was Co-Founder and Executive Vice President of Evolutionary Technologies International (ETI) the first company spun out of the MCC and into the ATI and grew it for several years before its acquisition. It provides customers worldwide with software solutions and services that help them address their data integration needs. Curle was also responsible for setting up international operations including Europe, Asia Pacific region and Australia. ETI was number 7 and 8 on the Inc. 500’s fasted growing companies. Curle was named Top 50 Most Influential Women in the South by Digital South, and a Technology Galaxy by St. Edwards University. She has also been profiled in Entrepreneur Magazine, Forbes twice; one on the cover profiling the top 10 women in technology, also in Success Magazine and many others. ___________________________________________________ In 1984 I moved to Austin, Texas with my family. We chose Austin because of a transfer opportunity for my Husband and our interest in living in a dynamic and growing city. I am excited by the expansion Austin has gone through over the years. My understanding of the city and its neighborhoods is extensive as my family and friends have lived throughout the city and my experience as a Realtor for the past 17 years has involved most areas of the city. I am happy to share my personal knowledge of the local neighborhoods, schools, and shopping options. I started my career in real estate with owning and managing several rental properties in Austin. Since I have direct experience as a landlord and a property owner, I feel that I can provide a benefit my clients with this additional expertise. I became a Realtor in 1994 as an extension of my rental property activities. I chose J.B. Goodwin because of the company support and assistance toheir Realtors, and I have been with the company ever since. I have worked with both sales and leasing throughout my career, and have extensive experience working with IBM worldwide temporary assignees who have relocated to Austin for their technical assignments. I believe my personal strength that makes me a great Realtor is my personal attention to my client’s needs and wishes. I take the time to listen thoroughly to my clients so that I may find properties and solutions that are tailored specifically to them. I work through language barriers and other challenges that may arise with patience, compassion and understanding. I provide my clients with strong real estate proficiency to help them explore their options and make the best selections for their needs for owning or leasing a home in the Austin area.
